The remaining shares of my position in Deckers Outdoor Corporation (DECK/NASDAQ) were sold today (Thursday, 2/15) at $63.58 per share. To recap, Deckers was first recommended on Controlled Greed.com in October 2005 at $20.92.I sold one-third of the position in December 2005 for $30.08. I sold more shares (the equivalent of one-quarter of the original position) in September 2006 at $46.80. And then I sold the rest today.
The Deckers Outdoor position has been closed out with a gain of +131%.
Nice, nice play. Good idea to ring the register on this one too.... Archetypal example of your "controlled" greed... nice.
