I've sold my stake in XETA Technologies, getting out at the proposed takeover price of $5.50 per share. The deal is supposed to close in the next couple of months, but I decided to take the money and run. Making more than 43% on my investment in nine month's time is nothing to sneeze at, and I don't think the filings being made by some law firms have merit.
That said, I'm not a lawyer and could always be proven wrong.
With this sale, the cash level in the portfolio has grown to more than 27%.
I'm still looking for things to do. I've got a list of candiates but not much out there is cheap.
